has been writing about hiking and outdoor adventures for the Bangor Daily News for nearly a decade. In that time, she has also compiled two books on Maine hiking. "Family Friendly Hikes in Maine" and her latest, "Maine Hikes Off the Beaten Path," are both available now at fine bookstores and online. Aislinn was also the first reporter to write a story about the return of "The Nite Show" in 2010 for the Bangor Daily News!
Continuing the tradition established by David Letterman, The Nite Show proudly presents a performance of Darlene Love's classic, "Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home)"
on our final new show before Christmas. This year, Anna Roman
returns on lead vocals to perform with Brian Nadeau & The Nite Show Band
. Also returning is Opus Trio
on strings. David Wells
joins the group on saxophone, Scott Burditt
on French Horn, and Tom "Bones" Malone
is featured on trombone after arranging and performing this song for the Letterman show for all 22 years of its run on CBS. The Hampden Academy Chamber Choir directed by Heidi Corliss
makes their first visit to The Nite Show to join this massive musical production, unlike anything else seen on television in Maine. Merry Christmas!
